Hello Marquette Academy Families,
CONGRATULATIONS WE MADE IT THROUGH E-LEARNING!!! I want to thank all of our teachers, students and parents for your hard work and patience as we made it through the 4th quarter and E-Learning. I know that this is certainly NOT how any of us envisioned this year ending but through diligence and persistence we have made it!! It is now time to relax and enjoy summer break!!
Below is important information and some reminders for all of our families.
Report Cards/Final Grades:
We will be closing out grades and classrooms this next week. An email notification will go out to all families once report cards and final grades are available. Students should turn in ALL missing assignments today. If your child still has missing work that can not be completed by today he or she should contact their teacher(s) immediately. Parents and students will be notified in the coming weeks if they have incomplete grades and will be required to take part in summer school course work.
IXL Summer Program:
Grade School Parents, we are thrilled to let you know that we are able to extend our IXL subscription throughout the summer. Your child can still access his or her account all summer long. IXL is a great online tool to help your child continue learning and building his or her academic skills.
Freshman Enrollment for 2020-2021 school year:
Current 8th graders Freshman Enrollment will take place Monday May 18th and Tuesday May 19th based on appointments. If you have questions regarding your appointment or need to set an appointment please contact Mrs Rick.
Student Belonging Pick Up:
High School Student Belonging Pick Up
High School students will be required to check in upon arrival and drop off all books, school supplies, and athletic uniforms. Students MUST have a face covering at this time and only high school students will be allowed to enter the building. Any school property (books, athletic uniforms, borrowed chromebooks, etc) not returned will be billed to the students FACTS account. High School students will use the following schedule:

Grade School Student Belonging Pick Up
Grade School students and parents will utilize a “Drive Through” system to pick up all belongings. Please drive into the preschool/elementary parking lot (alley between St. Columba Church and the rectory) off Washington Street heading North. We ask that families please stay in your cars during this time and a school representative will come to you to get all materials you are returning as well as to give you your students property and your registration packet. You can then exit onto Superior St. Students should return all school property at this time. All school property (classroom books, library books, athletic uniforms, borrowed chromebooks, etc) not returned will be billed to the students FACTS account. Families may choose to come at any of the following Pick up dates and times.

** Please note that Registration Packets will be given to families or students when they arrive for Student Belonging Pick Up. **
Registration packets for Pk-12 will be available for pick up during all Student Belonging Pick Up Days. Any Pk-12 registration packets not picked up will be mailed. Your completed registration packet can be mailed back to the grade school campus (1110 LaSalle St.) or you can drive through to drop it off at the grade school campus on any of the following dates:

This year we are offering incentives to our families who register early. If you register between June 1st through June 30th you will receive a $250 discount on your tuition. If you register between July 1 through July 26th, you will receive a $100 discount on your tuition. Please note that ALL registrations received after July 26th will incur a $250 late fee. Please note that these discounts can ONLY be applied to K-12 registration.
** In order to receive the registration discounts you must drop off or have your packet postmarked by the specified dates. Also you must include a $400 check with all completed forms to be considered registered.**

Confirmation and First Communion: We are still awaiting information on the rescheduled date for these events. Once we have this information we will notify all families. Thank you for your patience as we wait for this information to become available.
Again, we want to congratulate all of our students, faculty, staff and families on successfully completing the school year. A huge Congratulations to our graduating seniors and 8th graders. We can't wait to see where the future takes you. We truly hope that you all have a wonderful and safe summer. We look forward to seeing you all very soon, stay safe and healthy!!!
